This boat safety course is designed to be an introductory course to meet the boating education needs of recreational boaters. A Boat Safety Course You Can TrustTaking an About Boating Safely classroom course or one of the online boat safety courses adopted by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will satisfy state requirements for mandatory boater education. And, even if you already have your boating safety education certificate (or boating license, if boating in Alabama), you can stay up-to-date by visiting your state's online boat safety course. When you review your state-specific laws and regulations, you'll be confident you are staying current and staying safe.
